The other day, I posted this picture of Chris, Simon and my Saturday morning green smoothies on my facebook page. Since then I’ve gotten tons of requests for my recipe! It’s super easy and so delicious. Here it is!
Tricia’s Green Smoothie! (Serves 2 adults and 1 rowdy toddler)
1 banana
2 small oranges (cuties) or 1 regular sized orange
2 big handfuls of kale (or spinach)
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 cups coconut water
1 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender (I use a Vitamix
) and blend for 1 minute. Best enjoyed immediately. OMG Obsessed!
