I am OBSESSED with Kris Carr. Her book Crazy Sexy Diet (which I posted about months ago) changed my life! Kris was diagnosed with cancer in 2003 and continues to kick its butt daily with mega doses of organic veggies, lots of yoga and a super positive attitude. While she keeps her “canSer” at bay, she rejoices in giving us tons of tips on how to be mega healthy and keep disease away. Thank you, Kris! Keep on keepin’ on! We are OMG OBSESSED!
