This holiday season I am treating my friends and family with some dark chocolate covered mini-pretzels!  They are so delicious and really easy to make.  I started out with some honey wheat twisty pretzels, dark chocolate wafers from the bulk section of my grocery store and some sprinkles.  Melt the chocolate for about 10 seconds at a time in the microwave (in a microwave safe bowl) stirring each time until it is melted.  Set up a tray with wax paper for you to place your pretzels on to dry.  Dip your pretzels in the melted chocolate and lightly sprinkle on your choice of decor.  I chose rainbow sprinkles.  Place them on the wax paper until completely dry.  I purchased some long, clear pretzel bags from Joann Fabrics and could fit about 7 in each bag.  Place them carefully in the bag and tie with a decorative ribbon.  It’s the perfect little gift for co-workers, neighbors or anyone you would like to provide with a sweet treat!  They will be SOOOOO OMG OBSESSED!
