Our bodies are made up of approximately 70% water blah, blah, blah… I won’t bore you with the details! We all know why we need to drink lots of water, but, sometimes it’s easy to forget to do so. I just wanted to remind you that water is awesome and good for you and DELICIOUS! So drink it! I am OMG OBSESSED with water and you should be, too!
