Tip #1: Add Franks Red Hot Sauce to ANYTHING and it will seem like you are eating a Buffalo Wing.
Now for my yummy recipe! It’s so easy. There are no measurements, just ingredients. You decided how much of what goes in!
- A few scoops of non-fat plain Greek Yogurt.
-As much Franks Red Hot Sauce as your little heart desires.
-If you would like, you can add a few sprinkles of shredded Jack Cheese for a little extra spice.
-Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
-Chop your celery and carrot sticks, arrange them on a plate and DIP AWAY!
