My new OBSESSION as of late has been The Food Network’s “The Next Food Network Star.”  This has been a popular show for quite a few years now, but I am just now discovering it.  Sunday night is quite a big TV night at my house with True Blood, Entourage, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami and now The Next Food Network Star! Thank God for Tivo and the HD E! channel for airing KKTM on East Coast time or I would be up all night!  Anyway, back The Next Food Network Star.  My hubby and I are Team Aarti all the way!  There are other really amazing competitors as well, but my man and I just love the adorable, sweet and talented Aarti Sequeira!  She uses Indian flavors and incorporates them into classic American dishes to give them her own delicious flair and according to the judges, she does it quite well.  Tune in to watch Aarti and the other super talented chefs compete for their own show tonight at 9/8 central on the Food Network! OMG OBSESSED!

*Another one to watch is Herb Mesa.  He can make any dish healthy and still taste delicious by using lower fat ingredients and healthy alternatives! His is a show I would watch!
