I know what you’re thinking… Why on Earth would I be featuring scarves on a summer Fashion Friday!  BECAUSE… Sir Alistair Rai Scarves are the perfect summer scarf!  As seen above, Jessica Alba and Rachel Bilson are rockin’ the summer scarf look.  What I like about wearing scarves in warm weather is that when night falls and the cool air begins to chill your skin, you can shake out your scarf and it transforms into a gorgeous shawl.  These Sir Alistair Rai scarves are PERFECT for just that!  The scarves that I have chosen to feature are the Raja prayer scarves.  They are inscribed with a Buddhist prayer and feel silky and soft against your skin.  At the bottom, near the draping fringe, there are words like love, truth, karma, kismet… beautiful inspiring and thoughtful words that whisper to you throughout the day, reminding you to be a good person.  Who doesn’t need that?  I own the Kismet Scarf (that’s me wearing it above with my handsome hubby in Laguna Beach, CA) and I love to drape it over my shoulders and wear it as a wrap.  I can’t tell you how many compliments that I have received on this scarf.  Every time I wear it, I am stopped by someone who wants to know where they can get their own!  I also have the Love Scarf which is a deep navy blue with white and silver accents.  Beautiful!
