Last week, Losing It With Jillian Michaels premiered on NBC. She is so scary but in a good way! I think that health and fitness guru, Jillian Michaels, who became a household name when she brought her tough, motivating fitness style to The Biggest Loser in 2004, is exactly what America needs to whip our asses into shape. On last weeks episode, she stayed in the home of the Mastropietro’s to help them get healthy and to look amazing for their daughters wedding and this week she will be staying with the Jones family to guide them to a healthy new life and I am sure she will succeed with flying colors in true Jillian style. I have started to do some Jilllian Michaels workouts at home and have found them to be really fantastic. Her Yoga DVD is awesome and last week I did her No More Trouble Zones workout and was sore for days! She sure knows what she is doing. I am also planning on getting her book entitled Master Your Metabolism as well as her Master Your Metabolism Cookbook. I’ll let you know what I think. Jillian focuses on lifestyle changes, not necessarily “diets” and I believe that is the way to go! Check out the show tonight at 10/9 central on NBC after America’s Got Talent.
Also, make sure to catch the season finale of GLEE tonight on Fox at 9pm/8pm central! Glee has been one of the most OBSESS-able shows out there and I can’t wait to see how this season ends! Tonight is a very big TV night so get excited and get OBSESSED! OMG!
