I am pretty obsessed with dressing for comfort.  I am a jeans and t-shirt girl through and through… but…. I DO NOT like to look sloppy and that is why I am featuring, for this weeks Fashion Friday, the upgrade to a regular crew neck t-shirt: The V-neck!  A nice deep V-neck instantly adds a certain sophistication and maturity.  Throw on a tailored blazer over your V-neck with some skinny jeans and slip into a fancy pair of stilettos and you are ready for anything that comes your way.  Or maybe pair it up with some khaki pants, Havaianas flip flops and a light flowy scarf for a day at the park.  The V-neck is that versatile!  I really like the American Apparel Tri-Blend Deep V.  Soft material, a great fit and a good selection of colors makes this one of my favorites.  The Sheer Jersey Deep V’s are nice, as well.  And do not underestimate the power of a burn out tee!  Fluxus makes a great one that is on sale at Singer22.com.

Let’s not forget about the men!  Check out David Beckham and Zac Efron rockin’ the V-neck!  The guys out there can absolutely pull off this look.  Just make sure the V isn’t too deep.  And groom, guys, if you know what I mean.  Enough said!
