Feliz Cinco de Mayo to you all from OMG OBSESSED!  Today we celebrate Mexico’s Independence day! I will be making tofu taco’s, yummy guacamole and enjoying a Trader Jose’s beer (Trader Joe’s version of Carona ) with my husband.  I hope you all have something fun and festive planned and I hope it includes Margarita’s!!!
