I have been wearing Heart Perfume by Garden Botanika for years. It is a blend of citrus, floral and cedar notes with a whisper of musk. The clean “just out of the shower” scent has provoked many a conversation from women who want to know where to get it, to men who want to surprise their spouse/ significant other with a beautiful new fragrance. I have been stopped anywhere from the subway in New York City (where I suppose good smells are hard to come by) to the streets of Los Angeles, where nearly everyone smells like a million bucks. Hmmmmm…..I will have to smell you next time I’m in Cali – I am super perfume sensitive and very selective about scents – I loathe strong scents like Poison, Obsession, etc. I wear a combination of Falling In Love by Philosophy and Satsuma oil from body shop and I LOVE them both but I only wear perfume on nights out – I am not an everyday perfume wearer. I must say I don’t remember you smelling like bad perfume so it must be a nice scent. It’s so weird how different perfumes smell different on different people. Now I’m obsessed with smelling you – LMAO!
hahahaha! You are so cute, Scarlett! I have a confession to make. Although, I rarely stray from my “Signature Scent”, I may have when you were here. Or, I may not have been wearing any perfume at all. I have a feeling you would like it, though, because what you have described that you DO like, I do too! Satsuma oil is AMAZING. And I absolutely love the Philosophy fragrances. Soft and feminine, just like Heart. And you are absolutely right about different perfumes smelling different on different people. My girlfriend Teresa was wearing a Victoria’s Secret scent for a while and I loved it (I can’t remember which one it was) so I bought it and it smelled God Awful on me! So weird!
